Our Process

Step 1: Comprehensive Consultation & Diagnosis

Prior to your first appointment, we encourage you to explore our website for information, Before & After images and Prices to ensure we are the correct practice for your needs. We then begin with a thorough 1.5 hour evaluation including CT imaging and other records as indicated. The main objective of this 90 minute meeting is to allow you to express your concerns, motivations, and goals for any surgical procedure so that we can ensure we are aligned in assisting you to acheive them. Your input is crucial in helping us create a custom treatment plan for your specific situation and motivation.  We also provide clear cost estimates for each potential option and help you navigate your insurance by initiating a pre-authorization on your behalf.

Step 2: Customized Treatment Planning

Often within the same visit we will walk you through your surgical options, expected outcomes, and timelines. You will receive a clear outline of every step so you know exactly what to expect before, during, and after surgery.  When applicable we will use the records and discussion from our consultation to create a custom treatment plan specific to your condition, situation, and goals. This is often presented to you via a video or follow-up web meeting.

Step 3: Pre-Surgical Preparation

Our team guides you through all necessary pre-op steps—medical clearances, orthodontic referral and treatment (when applicable), prescriptions, and instructions to ensure a smooth and safe procedure. We prioritize comfort and clarity at every stage.  A pre-surgical visit is held in the weeks prior to surgery to finalize your plan and ensure that your input is heard and your concerns addressed in sufficient time to be ready for not only your surgery but also your recovery.

Step 4: Surgical Procedure with Advanced Techniques & Technology

Your surgery is performed using state-of-the-art technology and techniques that enhance precision, safety, and long-term results. This often involves 3D printing, custom treatment planning, and custom hardware when indicated. Our surgeons and clinical team ensure you are supported from the moment you arrive to the moment you head home.

Step 5: Post-Op Care & Long-Term Follow-Up

After surgery, we provide detailed recovery instructions, pain management guidance, and scheduled follow-ups to monitor healing. Our commitment extends beyond the procedure—we support you until full recovery is achieved.
