Financing Your Care

In our office, we offer high quality care and payment options that work for all of our patients.

We accept all forms of medical/health insurance but are not contracted with any insurance plans including medicare/medicaid.  

This means you are responsible for payment at the time of your visits and procedures.  We will assist you in having all required documentation to be reimbursed directly from your insurance company. • Care Credit: Healthcare credit card.

Please note: Payment is due at the time of service.

As a courtesy to you, we will provide you with any and all necessary documentation to receive reimbursement from your insurance company but will not bill them directly as this will be your responsibility.  Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
