Esthetic Surgery #1: Hemimandibular Hyperplasia

This patient has a condition known as hemimandibular hyperplasia resulting in asymmetric growth of one side of her mandible (lower jaw). In order to improve the esthetics of this condition, the inferior border was cut to create a more symmetric appearance of the jaw and face. 

Esthetic Surgery #2: Mandibular Asymmetry

This patient developed mandibular asymmetry and wished to avoid orthognathic surgical correction.  We designed a custom mandibular implant to create a more symmetric appearance of her mandible and create a more esthetic facial appearance.
